01 Day: Arrival Guwahati

Welcome to the mesmerizing land of India. As per your scheduled flight, our representative will assist and escort you by a/c car and transfer to the hotel, whilst the room key and check-in is organized. You will be briefed about the tour and services. All documents will be handed over to you with traveling brief and interaction for any query in terms of tour and services. after refreshment, take sightseeing tour of Guwahati including the Kamakhya temple, The Umananda temple, the astronomical temple of Navagraha and evening is free for visit the local market. Dinner and overnight stay at Guwahati

02 Day: Guwahati – Shillong (110 kms: 3 hrs)

After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Shillong (Capital of Meghalaya- Shillong (1496 m), the capital city has a number of beautiful sites like Shillong peak (10 km from Shillong,), at an altitude of 1965 meter, offers a dazzling view of the idyllic surroundings. En route visit - Umiam Lake or Barapani - is the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya. Dinner and overnight stay at Shillong.

03 Day: Shillong – Cherrapunji – Shillong (56 kms: 2 hrs one way)

After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, (1300 m) and its surroundings areas are blessed with many breathtaking views of nature in her pristine beauty with cool springs, mind soothing waves of thick green jungle foliage, gurgling mountain streams finding their way through rocks, enthralling milky white waterfalls leaping into deep gorges in a thunderous applause to the record-breaking rainfall that resounds through the valley. During the monsoon months it is a thrill to catch sight of nature in the prime of her beauty when the clouds lift their mantle over her for fleeting moments. Cherrapunjee has the distinction of being the wettest place on Earth, having the highest recorded rainfall, year after year. The Caves of Cherrapunjee- Mawsmai and Mawmluh, are the longest limestone caves in India, formed over 3500 years, a must go destination for cavers and adventurists. Other attractions - Cherrapunjee View Point, Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sister Falls and Eco Park Back to Shillong, dinner and overnight stay at Shillong.

04 Day: Shillong – Guwahati (110 kms: 3 hrs)

After breakfast, have local tours in Shillong, Lady Hydari Park, Wards Lake and Cathedral. Later check out of the hotel and drive to Guwahati. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Evening visit 'Kalakshetra', a place where Assamese history and culture presents through, Light and Sound Show. Afterwards return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

05 Day: Guwahati – Kaziranga (200 kms: 6 hrs)

After breakfast transfer to Kaziranga National Park - Kaziranga- a world heritage site, spread over 858 sq.kms and is located in the floodplains on both sides of the Brahmaputra. The park hosts two-thirds of the world’s Great One-horned rhinoceros. The park is divided into five ranges - Central (entry point at Kohora), Western (entry point at Bagori), Eastern (at Agratoli), Western-most Burha Pahar (at Ghorakati) and Northern. The first four lie on the southern side of the river while the last is on the northern bank. It is also home to nine of 14 primate species found across south india, the purest breed of Asiatic water buffalo and one of the largest herds of Asian Elephants. Evening you can visit Tea Garden, Orchid Garden and Coffee Garden. Dinner and overnight stay at Kaziranga.

06 Day: Kaziranga

Early morning go for Elephant ride (subject to availability) at 5AM. Back to Hotel for Breakfast. After breakfast go for Jeep Safari in the Central Range. Dinner and overnight at Kaziranga

07 Day: Kaziranga – Bhalukpong (110 kms: 4 hrs)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Bhalukpong. On arrival, transfer to the eco camp. After refreshment, visit Bhalukpong Fort, was constructed around 10th century by king Bhaluka on the banks of Bharali River. Now only ruins remain and is a must visit for tourists, evening is free to visit local market. Dinner and overnight at the eco camp.

08 Day: Bhalukpong – Bomdila (100 kms: 3 hrs)

After breakfast check out of the eco camp and drive to Bomdila. Enroute visit to Orchidarium at Tippi which is a botanical paradise of the state (about 300 species of orchid can be seen in the glass house). On arrival, transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

09 Day: Bomdila – Dirang (48 kms: 2 hrs)

After breakfast take a sightseeing tour of Bomdila visiting the Ethnographic museum, Lower Monastery, Upper Monastery: capture the entire view of Bomdila and surrounding areas, view of Kangto and Gorichen Peaks (highest in the state) Later check out of the hotel and drive to Dirang. On arrival, transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

10 Day: Dirang – Tawang (50 kms: 2 hrs)

After breakfast take a sightseeing tour of Dirang visiting Dirang Monpa tribal villages, Hot Water Spring. Later check out of the hotel and drive to Tawang. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

11 Day: Tawang

After breakfast take a sightseeing tour in Tawang. Tawang Monastery (more than 350 years old), Ani Gonpi (monastery of Nuns), Tawang War Memorial (honors the 1962 Sino – Indian War Heroes), Tawang Emporium. Dinner and overnight stay.

12 Day: Tawang – Penga Teng Tso Lake (Excursion 25 kms: 3 hrs)

After breakfast, take an excursion to Penga Teng Tso Lake if the weather is clear. On return visit birth place of H.H. the 6th Dalai Lama and Crafts Emporium centre which produces very fine woolen carpets. Dinner and overnight stay.

13 Day: Tawang – Guwahati (By Helicopter)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to the Helipad for catching a Helicopter to Guwahati. Assistance on arrival at the helipad and transfer to the hotel. In the evening take a river cruise. Dinner and overnight stay at Guwahati.

14 Day: Guwahati – Hometown (By Air)

After breakfast morning is free for leisure. Later check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport to board the flight for hometown. Tour concludes here with happy memories.

Since the precise cost of a customized tour is subject to specific accommodation choices, travel period (date/month/year), nos of pax travelling together and other custom preferences. However, to enable you to chalk out your holiday plan, we suggest following budget guidelines (minimum 2 people are travelling together & sharing one double room) for a customized tour:

  1. Premium: $150 - $200 + per person per day
  2. Superior: $90 - $150 per person per day

The Package Inclusive of:

  1. Hotel accommodation on twin sharing with buffet breakfast and dinner.
  2. Aircon car with English speaking driver throughout the tour for all transfers, sightseeing, intercity travel.
  3. Car services are inclusive of all services; right from pick up from the airport till departure.

The Package Excludes:

  1. Any international/domestic air/train/helicopter fare.
  2. Monuments/sightseeing entry charges.

  3. During the National Ceremonies, Major Sports Events, New Year, Christmas, Fair and Festivals the package cost will be worked out accordingly.
